Friday's Favorites

My last week in London is coming to a close and I've never had a more bittersweet moment. While I've absolutely loved my time here in the city for the past six weeks, I can't wait to go home, see my family, and get back into the swing of American life. I've got one more day here before flying home on Saturday, so hopefully it's a fantastic day! I'm planning on heading to my favorite place, The Borough Market, for lunch and then we're having a group dinner at the pub around the corner from our flats. Everything in between is still up in the air. I guess we'll see what happens! I hope you all have a wonderful Friday as well :)

3) It's a mug cake! I'm definitely going to have to try making one of these this summer. 

4) I'm going to miss London so much when I leave. I would love to visit in the winter and see all of the snow :)

Friday's Favorites

Holy cow, is it Friday already? That means I only have seven days left in London before it's back to the States for me! It's so bittersweet thinking about it because while I'm going to be so happy to go home, I'm going to miss this amazing city. I just have to make sure my last week here is one to remember forever and go out with a bang :) Hope you all enjoy your weekends! 

1) I love these state posters with the heart over your city. I'd love to make one for my own apartment one day. 

2) I really love these two 3D phone cases. They're so fun!

3) Awwww these penguins are so gosh darn cute!

4) This heart pie is SO COOL. I definitely have to try out making my own sometime.

Friday's Favorites

Hey everyone! Another week in London has come and gone and it was fantastic! I went to Chinatown, saw the red carpet event for the Man of Steel premiere, and visited a cute little yarn shop. Today, I'm off to the Harry Potter Studio Tour and then the Trooping the Colour is on Saturday (where the Queen and the royal family parade through the streets of London). To say I'm excited for this weekend would be a huge understatement. I can't wait to report back to you all on how my weekend goes :) Hope you all have fabulous weekends as well!

1) This red velvet chocolate pie looks absolutely to die for. 

2) I would love to have pastel kitchen appliances in my own kitchen! That mint kitchen aide is just calling my name...

3) This heart shaped polaroid collage is such a cute idea. I'd love to add one to my room!

4) Mmmmm, I'm going to have to try this fluffy frosting recipe out. It looks delicious!

Friday's Favorites

Hello everyone! Is it really Friday already? That means I've been in London for almost three weeks! Crazy, huh? I have three more weeks left in this city and I definitely plan to make the most of it. I've seen three Shakespeare plays in the past three days and I'm seeing two more before I leave. Where else do you see Shakespeare than where it was originally performed? I leave for Dublin, Ireland tomorrow for the weekend and I am beyond excited. We're seeing the city Saturday and then going to the Cliffs of Moher on Sunday. I can't wait! Hope you guys have a fabulous Friday and a fantastic weekend :)

1) I would die if I had a pink moped like this one. Being in London has made me realize how amazing travel is and I hope I can travel the world for the rest of my life!

2) How yummy does this ninja star strawberry pastry look? And it's super easy! I've definitely got to make this when I get home. 

3) Excuse me while I wipe the drool from my mouth as I look at this kit kat cake. My birthday is in two months, and I think this would be a perfect way to celebrate :)

4) This big sweater looks so warm and cozy. I could just imagine curling up in with with a good book on a rainy day...

5) This hot air balloon print is so adorable! Just looking at it makes me smile and imagine traveling the world from the sky :)

6) It's finally sunglasses season! Which has me on the lookout or some fun shades like these funky sunglasses. 

7) I had no idea there was even such a thing as mint chocolate chip pancakes. I must find a recipe now!

9) I've been craving donuts so much lately, so these creme filled donuts look so delicious.

Friday's Favorites

Wow, is it really Friday already? That means that I've been in London for almost two weeks now! Where does the time go? I've been having the most fantastic time here and I plan on stopping by some of the markets this weekend. Mmm just thinking about all of the food possibilities is making me so happy! Classes are going well, but it's so hard to sit down and write papers when this amazing city is at my fingertips. *sigh* Oh the life of a college student. As long as I get my homework done, I'll be able to explore as much as I want! Let's hope that plan works out...

1) Mmmm I love cupcakes with little surprised and this Toblerone cupcake looks like heaven. 

2) Oh, if I could only find my own Mr. Darcy while I'm in England...

3) I absolutely adore these elf slippers! I might try to make them next Christmas. Wouldn't that be fun?

4) These animal bracelets are beyond adorable. I love the elephant and giraffe the best!

5) How delicious does this blueberry pastry look? And it's so simple! I'm definitely going to have to try making this myself. 

6) There's an Up! inspired dessert? Can you get any more awesome?

7) If I could have this pink fridge, I'd be one happy girl. 

8) They have kitty tights! I'm obsessed with all things cat related, so you can only guess how excited I got when I saw these. 

9) Sparkly super hero mugs? Yeah, it's like they were made just for me :)

10) Look! A knitting cake! I so wish I could make one of these because it is the cutest cake ever. Cake and knitting...what more could a girl ask for?
